In order to lower the barrier of entry for players through the built-in NFT rental marketplace, CHIYA has a built-in rental marketplace, in order to maximize the benefits of CHIYA NFT users, but also so that players without NFT can use it through rental marketplace (other NFT available for rental will be provided in subsequent games).CHIYA Marketplace will be separate into few different section.
NFT Rental System
Owner can list their CHIYA NFT on the rental marketplace for other holders to rent and set the expected revenue and number of days to rent. Rental times are weekly or monthly.Value of rental price will be input by NFT owner. Marketplace will recommend a value to NFT owner based on others listed NFT price.Example :

Why a built-in rental system?
We believe that the potential of CHIYA Project has not been fully realized but we expecting more great ideas and development will be built in the future.
Scenario :
On the one hand, many investors buy a lot of CHIYA NFT without using them in social scenarios, and P2E players eager to play are denied access to the threshold requirement of owning three CHIYA NFT. To bridge the gap, we designed this leasing system.
NFT Minting
CHIYA Marketplace will allow Artist and Branding to mint their collection on the platform. Such as Music, Wearables, and Art can be mint on CHIYA Marketplace. We will make token that only can be farm by CHIYA NFT thru staking.
The function of Token is to limiting spam NFT to be minted on our marketplace or else it will be a trash like opensea. Where everyone can mint freely but in result there is no regulating on quality.
How it works?
Let`s say the new token is called MINO. Every CHIYA NFT can farm them and trade or use it for minting NFT in our marketplace. CHIYA Marketplace minting will require MINO token as minting fees. This will keep the marketplace from NFT spammer.
We will write this in full details about how much MINO cost for per NFT. Every different NFT type will have different MINO fees it will based on category and count per item.
For example
Minting 1 Shirt the Collection has 10 designs : Each Shirt cost 5 MINO x 10 designs = 50 MINO
Minting 1 Album it has 12 songs : Each Song cost 10 MINO x 12 songs = 120 MINO

Auction House
Auction is quite popular in every marketplace, there is still few issue about shill Bid on auction system which cause some transaction failure or overvalued issue.
Bidding Access
Auction require to buy Bidding access
Bidding access only can use on 1 selected Auction product each time
Bidding access will grants Bidder unlimited offers
Winner Bidding access will be burn if winner can`t pay the final value in 30 minutes
Others Bidder access will be transfer back when Auction is closed except Winner
Every Bidder will have 3 times Private Offer Bomb on each Product Auction to the seller
Auction House Function
Auction will have few extra options
Auto Bid (Price Set) require to deposit token
Unsuccessful Auto Bid deposit will be return when Auction closed
Successful Auto Bid remaining token will be return after deduct the prize value
Private Offer Bomb can up to 10x - 50x on current bidding value (payment in 10min)
